Tropical depression Ramon (not yet a typhoon) was spotted at 600 kilometers east southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur according to the 10AM bulletin of PAGASA.
Bagyon Ramon may make landfall Tuesday PM and may be in the Mindoro-Palawan area by Friday, October 14. No public storm signals have been raised so far. Ramon’s estimated rainfall is expected to be moderate to heavy.

Typhoon Ramon Latest News Update
