1st Runner Up – Venezuela – Jessica Barboza
2nd Runner Up – Mongolia – Tugsuu Idersaikhan
3rd Runner Up – Puerto Rico – Desiree Del Rio
4th Runner Up – Panama – Keity Mendieta

Rounding Up the Top 15 are: Brazil – Gabriella Marcelino, Latvia – Lelde Paulsone, Lebanon – Maria Farah, Netherlands – Talitha Hertsenberg, Philippines – Dianne Necio, Russia – Elena Chepilchenko, Sweden – Denice Andree, Thailand – Kantapat Peerdachainarin, Trinidad and Tobago – Renee Bhagwandeen, and Vietnam – Trương Tri Trúc Diễm.

Beauty queen Dianne Necio, the Philippines’ representative to the Miss International pageant, won the People’s Choice Award.

Necio got 354,237 votes followed by Macau's representative with 318,276 votes and China with 186,395 votes.
